Manage Montreal workplace operations, including office readiness, supplies, access, deliveries, vendors, and facilities coordination. Provide recurring executive support to the CEO and CTO through calendar management, travel, appointments, expenses, meeting logistics, and communications. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, company events, documentation, and operational trackers. The role requires discretion, strong organization, bilingual French and English communication, independent follow-through, and gradual expansion into broader executive assistant responsibilities.

Provide hands-on legal and regulatory advice across crypto, payments, securities and AML; partner with product, compliance and leadership to launch products, lead regulatory initiatives, draft commercial agreements, and improve legal processes using AI and automation.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team focused on infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps. Set platform architecture and roadmap, oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and operational tooling, drive reliability and incident management, and build AI-powered internal tools to improve developer productivity while partnering with security, compliance, and product teams.
