Teams at Shady Side Academy

Leads Shady Side Academy’s alumni engagement strategy, including regional programs, Homecoming and Reunion Weekend, volunteer initiatives, mentorship, storytelling, and philanthropic engagement. Builds relationships with alumni across generations, manages the Alumni Council partnership, collaborates across institutional teams, uses engagement data to evaluate programs, and represents the Academy at events. The role is full-time, in-person, includes periodic travel, and requires some evening and weekend work.
