Creates written and digital content for social media, websites, email, print, video, photography, and other channels. Develops social media content, supports church storytelling, collaborates with communications and ministry teams, and manages assigned projects through completion. The role requires strong communication, writing, editing, design, organization, initiative, and alignment with the church’s mission and values.

Creates and manages print, digital, and environmental communications for a church, maintaining brand consistency across channels. Collaborates with ministry leaders, the Communications Director, and Art Director from concept through production. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating with print vendors, organizing digital assets, supporting environmental graphic installations, maintaining print production knowledge, and training staff on brand guidelines and design tools.

Supports the preschool ministry by overseeing worship care, midweek programming, volunteer recruitment and training, curriculum, parent and volunteer relationships, Mommy and Me Music, ministry events, and social media. The role requires servant leadership, organization, communication, initiative, and alignment with the church’s Christian mission. The associate reports to the Preschool Minister and helps equip families and nurture preschoolers through church programming.
