Lead and sell catering and events for a luxury hotel: manage event execution, motivate staff, drive revenue and profitability, support financial and marketing objectives, and ensure excellent guest and team engagement. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provide administrative and operational support to the People Operations (HR) team. Maintain organization, handle multi-tasking duties, assist with team coordination, employee communications, and daily HR processes to keep the department running smoothly.

Provide administrative and operational support for People Operations: first point of contact for employees, benefits administration, onboarding, file and data management, scheduling interviews, time clock enrollment, tracking performance reviews, assisting recruitment and training activities, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
