Designs, governs, and maintains enterprise data architectures, including conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic models on Azure. Establishes standards for integration, lineage, metadata, data quality, master data management, and performance. Provides technical leadership, reviews solution designs, supports data pipelines and reporting ecosystems, and contributes to platform strategy, governance, proof-of-concepts, RFPs, and AI/ML enablement. Collaborates with IT, business stakeholders, and Data Office teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable data solutions.

Designs scalable, secure enterprise data platforms and end-to-end solutions across Azure and AWS. Responsibilities include data architecture, cloud modernization, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, governance, integration, AI/ML foundations, feature stores, MLOps, generative AI enablement, cost optimization, and stakeholder advisory. The role provides architectural standards, migration plans, technical recommendations, and production support while partnering with business, IT, data engineering, and analytics teams.

Provides reception, switchboard, customer service, and general administrative support. Responsibilities include paying invoices, preparing correspondence and mail, maintaining staff listings, producing reports, ordering office supplies, and supporting the Underwriting department. The role also requires prioritizing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships with customers and business partners, and following corporate health, safety, risk, and administrative policies.
