Leads payor contracting and provider credentialing, supervises support teams, manages applications, renewals, provider data, licenses, and compliance documentation. Own and scale marketing operations across a multi-location dental network. The role manages CRM strategy, lifecycle email and SMS programs, marketing technology architecture, integrations, attribution, reporting, patient journey optimization, AI-enabled workflows, consent, compliance, and deliverability. This leader builds standardized systems and governance that connect marketing activity to patient acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and ROI while supporting practice-level teams and ensuring HIPAA-compliant operations.

Provide legal operations support to the Chief Legal Officer and business partners. Manage litigation trackers, legal correspondence intake, corporate governance filings, contract administration, policy repositories, and legal projects. Coordinate with outside counsel, maintain regulatory and license records, streamline workflows, and support due diligence and special projects while preserving confidentiality and prioritizing deadlines.
