Supervises reintegration case management staff, including scheduling, evaluations, training, case assignments, quality reviews, documentation, and crisis support. Oversees permanency planning for children, youth, and families; coordinates with courts, DCF, schools, providers, and community partners; reviews court reports; supports foster and kinship placements; manages compliance, incident reporting, client rights, and staff performance. Participates in on-call rotation and may travel throughout Kansas.

Leads administration of employee benefits, retirement, leave, wellness, and workers’ compensation programs. Oversees vendors, open enrollment, employee communications, compliance reporting, audits, claims, and complex leave cases. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, legal, and external advisors while leading benefits staff, improving processes, managing technology, and ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, USERRA, ADA, OSHA, and applicable state laws.

Supports quality improvement by developing performance metrics, analyzing and reconciling data, preparing performance reports, monitoring program indicators, and identifying data discrepancies. Partners with program leadership and IT to improve reporting systems, dashboards, and data collection. Assists with audits, accreditation reviews, regulatory monitoring, and Performance Improvement Plans while recommending solutions to performance gaps.
