Teams at SFM

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains automation solutions and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and SQL. Creates API-based integrations, defines coding standards, conducts code reviews, owns version control and release practices, mentors junior developers, supports user lifecycle and access control, and collaborates with QA, PMO, and IT leadership to translate business workflows into reliable automated solutions.

Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual community outreach classes, including jail programs; prepare lesson materials; document client interactions and surveys; complete background and safety checks; report incidents and family needs; assist with certificates and packets; work evenings and Saturdays and travel as needed; follow organizational policies, SOPs, and safety procedures to protect client rights.

Assist the network administrator in maintaining and configuring network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless APs), manage WAN/Internet connections, maintain network documentation and maps, perform structured cabling installation and testing, support monitoring systems and PC maintenance, and follow organizational policies and safety procedures.
