Provide case management for children and families: assessments, placement/kinship research, case planning, service coordination, court reporting/testimony, crisis intervention, supervise staff, transport clients, and participate in on-call rotation with statewide travel as needed.

Provide case management for children and families: assess needs, develop and implement case and permanency plans, coordinate services and kinship/foster placements, work with courts, respond to crises, participate in supervision, and be available for on-call duties and statewide travel.

Provide administrative leadership and operational oversight for the Permanency Program, supervise Permanency Supervisors, monitor program quality and fiscal performance, liaise with DFPS/courts/community partners, ensure documentation and safety, hire and evaluate staff, report critical incidents, and implement agency policies and procedures.
