Teams at SFM

Coordinates child welfare services and permanency planning for children and families. Conducts assessments, develops case plans, arranges placements and support services, facilitates family meetings, supports reunification or adoption, responds to crises, prepares court reports, testifies, maintains case records, and collaborates with foster, kinship, and agency partners. Requires transportation and supervision of children and families, compliance with DFPS requirements, and flexible on-call availability.

Performs payment-processing accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice and expense coding, vendor-file maintenance, documentation retrieval, financial-report preparation, and month-end close support under supervision. The role requires accurate handling of accounts payable records, corporate credit card expenditures, and employee expense reports.

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children and families, develop and implement case plans and permanency goals, coordinate placements (prioritizing kinship), facilitate family meetings, arrange services, support foster/kinship placements, prepare for reunification or adoption, complete court reports and testify, maintain case documentation, supervise/guide family support workers, transport clients as needed, participate in on-call rotation and travel statewide on short notice.
