Provides adoption-focused case management and permanency services for children, youth, and families. Responsibilities include in-home support, safety and well-being assessments, case planning, adoption and kinship resource searches, crisis intervention, court reporting and testimony, documentation, family coordination, transportation, and on-call response. The role requires extensive travel throughout Kansas, collaboration with agencies and families, and compliance with child welfare regulations and organizational policies.

The role requires statewide travel across Kansas, flexible scheduling, on-call availability, compliance with child welfare regulations, and protection of client rights.

Manages child and family cases through assessment, placement, case planning, reunification, adoption, crisis intervention, court participation, documentation, family support, transportation, and coordination with service providers. Supports foster and kinship placements, collaborates with family support workers, participates in supervision, and provides statewide on-call emergency response.
