Lead enterprise strategy execution and transformation, build and run a Strategy & Transformation function and PMO, align investments to priorities, drive governance, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives, provide internal consulting, and develop performance analytics and executive reporting.

Triage and review fraud and BSA/AML alerts and internal referrals using Verafin and CRM/case management systems. Perform initial risk assessments, disposition alerts, route cases to appropriate teams, document findings, reduce backlog, assist with low-to-moderate complexity investigations, and escalate high-risk matters while maintaining regulatory compliance and SLAs.

The Financial Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, financial statement analysis and reporting, collaborating with business unit leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.
