The VP, Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) leads the design and implementation of the Credit Union's ERM framework, overseeing all risk disciplines and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a strong risk culture.

Lead enterprise strategy execution and transformation, build and run a Strategy & Transformation function and PMO, align investments to priorities, drive governance, prioritize and deliver strategic initiatives, provide internal consulting, and develop performance analytics and executive reporting.

Lead marketing measurement, analytics, and research to inform acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI. Build attribution models, dashboards, and automated reports; analyze member and campaign performance; run market research and competitive intelligence; partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and strategic planning support.
