Responsibilities include regulatory guidance, complaint oversight, issues and remediation tracking, change management reviews, marketing and product compliance assessments, third-party oversight, governance reporting, and support for audits and regulatory examinations. The role also develops documentation, identifies compliance risks, monitors controls, and advises business stakeholders on practical risk mitigation.

Supports second-line compliance oversight for consumer finance and payments activities. Responsibilities include regulatory advisory, complaint and issue management, marketing and product compliance reviews, third-party oversight, and financial crimes operations involving BSA/AML, sanctions, CIP/CDD, transaction monitoring, and SARs. The role also prepares governance reporting, supports audits and examinations, maintains remediation tracking, and advises business partners on regulatory risks and controls.
