Leads customer integration, deployment, validation, troubleshooting, and technical support for LiDAR sensing systems. Serves as the technical liaison among customers, business development, product management, and engineering teams. Configures and validates hardware, firmware, software, SDKs, networking, and computing platforms; leads field testing and root-cause investigations; analyzes sensor data and logs; and develops technical documentation and recommendations. The role requires hands-on systems expertise, customer-facing communication, and up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Drives cross-functional technical programs from planning through completion, translating goals into plans, milestones, and action items. Tracks dependencies, risks, and blockers; coordinates Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and customer-facing teams; resolves ambiguous problems; and supports customer programs. The role also improves execution processes, aligns stakeholders, and communicates requirements and progress across technical and business functions.

Supports product marketing for LiDAR, perception software, and transportation technology products. Responsibilities include creating datasheets, brochures, presentations, website and sales enablement content; translating technical specifications into customer-friendly messaging; coordinating trade shows and industry events; organizing product materials; and assisting with competitive and market research. The role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development teams.
