Teams at Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center

Provide comprehensive case management, crisis intervention, and survivor advocacy for human trafficking survivors. Conduct intakes and assessments, coordinate services and legal/counseling supports, deliver community education and technical assistance, attend coalition meetings, and assist with reporting requirements. Work includes on-call accompaniment to medical, law enforcement, and prosecution interactions.

Provide strategic leadership for HR, facilities, operations, and professional development. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, compliance, grant reporting, and serve as financial operations backup (QuickBooks). Promote organizational culture, manage employee relations, and ensure operational and regulatory compliance across the agency.
