SewerAI seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop an AI-powered sewer inspection platform, focusing on computer vision, geospatial analysis, and robust data pipelines.

Serve as the primary technical and operational customer contact for SewerAI's PIONEER and AutoCode platforms. Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues, document interactions in Pylon, provide workflow and onboarding guidance, support ProServe projects, represent the company at trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect across channels to qualify leads against the ICP, book sales appointments, maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), collaborate with marketing, support sales materials, and stay current on industry trends and competitors to drive revenue growth.
