Advises senior leadership on European market growth, project execution, business structure, vessel and installation strategy, and HVDC cable industry investments. Provides market and regulatory intelligence, oversees major tenders, develops competitive and supply-chain strategies, manages partner communications, and assesses commercial, contractual, operational, and geopolitical risks. The role collaborates globally with engineering, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams and requires frequent travel across Germany.

Oversee warehouse quality activities, including sorting, rework, quarantine, inspection, nonconformance reporting, documentation, inventory control, and shipment coordination. Track suspect and certified materials, support prototype inspections and manufacturing improvements, maintain QA cost records, and enforce warehouse safety protocols. The role requires manufacturing quality experience, technical drawing interpretation, measurement skills, data recording, physical warehouse work, overtime availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Manage transportation and material flow for raw and auxiliary materials. Responsibilities include preparing shipping reports, arranging import and export transport, managing DHL shipments, tracking shipment costs, maintaining material records, coordinating warehouse activities, resolving negative inventory balances, handling damaged materials, and preparing scrap procedures. The role also supports planning, purchasing, inventory management, production scheduling, supplier coordination, and global freight forwarding.
