The Legal Associate will manage contract work, regulatory compliance, and disputes, working independently and coordinating with stakeholders and external counsel.

Support full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling), maintain hiring trackers and dashboards, coordinate interviews and onboarding, manage employee data and HR documentation, monitor candidate pipelines, and provide administrative support for People Operations projects and process improvements.

Manage marketing performance and growth for clinics: analyze funnels, propose and run tactical initiatives, lead go-to-market for new markets, track demand metrics, and coordinate cross-functional execution and evaluation.
