Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies, set targets and incentives, manage telesales performance, monitor KPIs, optimize sales funnels, and improve commercial processes. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, increase conversion, and drive revenue. Lead performance monitoring, establish standardized operating procedures, and use dashboards to support resource allocation and commercial decision-making.

Own the brand’s financial performance through P&L monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability improvement, and campaign ROI analysis. Optimize expenses across operations, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and marketing while partnering with stakeholders to challenge spending decisions, strengthen controls, improve margins, and drive sustainable growth.

Assist with daily business operations, administrative activities, operational tracking, database maintenance, documentation, recurring reports, issue escalation, and ad hoc projects. The role also supports dashboard creation, data structuring, reporting, and cross-functional communication while using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis.
