Teams at Seven Research, LLC

Own and scale core people operations including HR systems, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and vendor management. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and candidate experience, build onboarding and talent development programs, and produce people analytics and reporting to inform leadership and organizational planning.

Conduct research-driven algorithmic development by converting quantitative concepts into high-performance, stable, and scalable trading strategies and systems. Perform rigorous analysis of market dynamics, strategy behavior, and system performance while collaborating with the research team.

Develop and test quantitative trading models using statistical and machine-learning methods on large financial datasets. Perform research-driven analysis, build predictive models, and communicate findings to integrate into strategy frameworks.
