Charge Nurse responsible for leading care teams, administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, completing assessments, coordinating shift reports, educating support staff, maintaining infection-control standards, and addressing staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.
