Supports estimating and bid coordination by reviewing construction documents, preparing bid invitations and RFIs, conducting quantity take-offs, researching trade costs, soliciting subcontractor bids, organizing quotes, and assisting with estimate sheets, proposals, and project documentation. The intern works onsite in Plano alongside estimators and bid coordinators while gaining exposure to preconstruction and construction management.

Supports construction preconstruction and project delivery by performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor bids, preparing estimates, tracking budgets and change orders, coordinating procurement and project documents, and assisting Project Managers throughout project execution and closeout. The role serves retail, restaurant, fuel, convenience store, grocery, and commercial projects and is based in Plano, Texas, with 10–20% national travel.

Provides end-user help desk and technology support while researching, developing, and implementing AI-powered assistants, agents, automations, and workflows. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and access issues; managing tickets; supporting onboarding; evaluating Microsoft AI technologies; integrating AI with business applications; applying prompt engineering and RAG; documenting solutions; and improving productivity through automation.
