Promotes aesthetic services, memberships, packages, promotions, and retail products while delivering a polished front-desk experience. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, processing payments, managing appointments, answering communications, addressing concerns, maintaining the reception area, monitoring supplies, and supporting clinic operations. The role requires sales confidence, strong communication, attention to detail, computer proficiency, reliable attendance, and weekend availability.

Supports studio leadership by coaching team members, driving client experience, sales conversion, revenue, and productivity goals. Assists with onboarding, scheduling, staffing, inventory, promotions, compliance, and daily studio operations. Helps maintain clinical and service standards, resolve client concerns, improve retention, and achieve performance targets. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring evening, weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability.

Welcomes clinic clients, manages check-in and appointments, processes payments, answers inquiries, and promotes aesthetic services, memberships, packages, promotions, and products. Builds client relationships, recommends upgrades, meets sales goals, maintains the front desk, supports clinic operations, monitors supplies, and assists with training and cleaning responsibilities.
