Customer-facing sales/application engineer for Setpoint's Smarts and Parts Program. Qualify projects, perform front-end engineering reviews of mechanical drawings and control sequences, specify BAS/HVAC control packages, support quoting and subscriptions, enable contractors through training and documentation, and drive repeatable, scalable sales pipeline growth.

Manage and grow Setpoints existing service accounts by developing and renewing service agreements, identifying retrofit/upgrade opportunities, conducting site walks and budget planning, and partnering with internal teams to produce proposals. Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity while converting service relationships into contracts, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions.

The Chief Operating Officer will lead all project activities, manage profitability, oversee operations, and drive customer satisfaction while scaling the organization.
