Design and support building automation systems using Delta Controls, including wiring diagrams, floor plans, as-builts, energy-saving strategies, budgets, energy calculations, and design-build proposals. Interface with customers to define technical requirements, collaborate with account managers, and develop expertise in BAS optimization, BACnet, DDC, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Lead and grow an engineering team delivering building automation systems (Delta, Tridium). Ensure process excellence, oversee system design, panel builds, estimating, scheduling, billing coordination, and cross-team collaboration while developing technical and market expertise.

Field-facing outside sales role to own a territory, build relationships with contractors, engineers, and facility teams, identify building automation opportunities, lead consultative technical sales, coordinate proposals with internal teams, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
