Player-coach sales leader responsible for achieving personal business development targets while leading a pod of 2–5 BDMs. Duties include prospecting, full-cycle sales, pipeline management, deal negotiation, coaching, performance management, onboarding, reporting, and improving pod output. The role requires field sales activity, commercial judgment, strong negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution.

Own and scale the end-to-end brand validation programme across host kitchens. Manage timelines, KPIs, reporting, prioritisation, site readiness, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationships. Line-manage the New Brands Trainer, support recruitment and development, conduct site visits, and build scalable systems and AI-enabled reporting tools. The role is hands-on, data-led, and focused on progressing successful brands through validation.

Leads commercial expansion for the QSR division by developing franchise sales strategy, managing the franchise pipeline, and driving new unit growth. Responsibilities include leading Development Managers, owning P&L and forecasts, improving onboarding, maximizing franchise partner value and retention, and collaborating with Operations, Growth, and Finance to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
