Own Seso’s revenue model, forecasting, bookings and revenue reporting. Reconcile ERP, QuickBooks Online and billing data, maintain Aleph dashboards, explain budget variances, and present financial drivers to leadership. Automate monthly reporting and model updates using AI, connected data, formulas and scripts. Collaborate across Finance, Revenue Operations, billing and FP&A platform partners to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.

Own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, pipeline management, client communication, metrics tracking, escalations, and process improvement. The role coordinates with sales and internal teams, develops recruitment documentation and training materials, and mentors junior recruiters. It requires fluent English and Spanish, strong organization, client communication skills, and at least one year of recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.

The Payroll Implementation Manager will manage the payroll implementation process, ensuring data integrity, customer success, and collaboration across departments to deliver an optimal experience for clients automating H-2A visa solutions.
