Performs entry-level credit analysis, including reviewing tax returns and financial documents, pulling credit reports, interpreting personal debt service, calculating financial ratios, conducting preliminary analyses, and following up on missing documentation. Ensures files are complete, accurate, and timely while developing underwriting skills under close supervision.

Prepare, assemble, and review mortgage loan closing documents (FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA), ensure TRID and investor compliance, coordinate with title companies and accounting, manage a loan pipeline in Encompass, analyze compliance reports (Mavent), and communicate with lenders and MLOs to complete accurate closings on schedule.
