The People Business Partner advises leaders on talent management, performance, succession planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and workforce insights. The role leads talent reviews, supports promotion and retention decisions, facilitates manager development, analyzes people data, owns People programs, improves processes, and uses AI to enhance preparation and documentation while maintaining human judgment. It requires independent judgment, strong communication, employment law knowledge, and experience handling sensitive employee and organizational matters.

Lead the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines. Build ETL/ELT workflows using Python, SQL, and AWS services; optimize data models and cloud data platforms; ensure data quality, integrity, reliability, and performance; establish CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices; resolve pipeline issues; document systems; and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integrations using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, and AWS serverless services. Diagnose complex issues, improve system reliability and performance, document processes, manage competing priorities, and mentor junior engineers. Build event-driven workflows that synchronize data with external accounting platforms while applying robust retry, idempotency, authentication, and testing practices.
