The Manager of Business Development is responsible for selling Managed IT Services to new airports and airlines in Europe, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Provide 1st/2nd level IT support and system administration at London Heathrow, perform preventative maintenance, manage installations and airline system integration testing, contribute knowledgebase articles, support projects and other teams, and cover system administration duties, including on-call and shift work as required.

Provide on-site technical support for PCs, networks, servers, portable devices and peripherals in a predominantly Microsoft Windows environment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN equipment, printers, VPNs, Active Directory and multicast/TCP-IP issues. Work 8-hour shifts as part of 24x7 rotational coverage supporting airport IT systems.
