Own and grow a book of business within the Atlassian ecosystem: build executive relationships, run XBRs/QBRs, develop strategic account roadmaps, manage pipeline and forecasts, prospect and close deals, co-sell with partners, maintain CRM (HubSpot/NetSuite), host demos/webinars, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver services and licensing.

Support Account Executives by prospecting and qualifying leads, educating customers on ServiceRocket solutions, collaborating with marketing, participating in customer calls, executing targeted sales strategies, reporting activity, and driving account growth within an assigned territory.

As an ITSM Atlassian Consultant, you'll implement and manage Atlassian products, provide expert guidance, resolve technical issues, and ensure project success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
