Prepares insurance estimates and Xactimate scopes, coordinates customers and insurers, oversees contractors and superintendents, monitors schedules, budgets, quality, project finances, closeout, and risk. Develops client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting continuous improvement.

Manage residential and commercial disaster restoration projects from estimating through closeout, including fire, water, mold, and natural disaster losses. Coordinate clients, superintendents, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; monitor schedules, budgets, quality, financial reporting, and project performance. Develop client relationships, identify new work opportunities, support sales and marketing, resolve risks, and oversee construction completion.
