The Project Manager will lead residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to completion, ensuring quality and budget adherence while managing client and team communications.

Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to close: create Xactimate/Symbility scopes, coordinate with customers and insurers, manage contractors and superintendent, control budget and schedule, mitigate risk, identify new work, and lead continuous improvement.

Manage exterior insurance restoration projects (roofing, siding, gutters, windows) from assignment to completion. Oversee subcontractors, prepare and review estimates, ensure insurance/TPA compliance, monitor costs and quality, serve as customer point of contact, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain documentation and safety standards to protect profitability.
