The Project Manager will lead residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to completion, ensuring quality and budget adherence while managing client and team communications.

Manage and estimate residential and commercial restoration projects (fire, water, mold, large loss). Build client relationships, oversee on-site superintendents and contractors, control schedules and budgets, handle contract finances and close-outs, pursue new work, and ensure quality and compliance with company processes.

Lead on-site restoration projects for residential and commercial properties, supervising crews through fire, water, mold, and vandalism mitigation. Coordinate documentation, ensure quality workmanship and safety, perform specialty mitigation, light demolition, content cleaning/moves, and train technicians while maintaining excellent customer communication.
