Supports the Director of Marketing in developing and executing localized, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple locations. Responsibilities include creating print and digital content, managing brand standards, coordinating vendors and sales materials, tracking campaign performance, analyzing competitors, and supporting social media, email, website, advertising, and promotional initiatives. The role is remote with occasional travel to branch locations or events and requires managing multiple projects across different markets.

Manages program account customer data, communications protocols, project information uploads, billing documentation, and accounts receivable submissions. Coordinates with project managers and insurance-related parties to ensure accurate and timely processing of restoration projects. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, a competitive mindset, and proficiency with Google and Microsoft tools.

The Business Development Manager promotes the company’s services, establishes customer relationships, and generates new business through effective sales strategies.
