Lead planning, tendering and delivery of road maintenance and resurfacing programs for the VRMC. Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, oversee safety, quality, budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement and contract administration across Victoria.

Design, build and maintain cloud-native SAP BTP applications and enterprise integrations using CAP (Node.js/Java) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Develop APIs (OData/REST), event-driven processes, iFlows, security/authentication, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations with S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce and other systems. Provide technical leadership, governance, code reviews, monitoring, performance optimisation and platform cost control.

Provide frontline and Level 2 technical support for end users across hardware, software, mobile devices and Microsoft 365 tools. Troubleshoot escalations, administer devices (Windows/macOS/Apple/Android), support Teams/SharePoint, assist onboarding/offboarding, improve processes and maintain knowledge base to ensure strong user experience.
