The External Organizer I mobilizes and guides workers in forming unions, negotiating contracts, and developing leadership. Duties include recruitment, training leaders, campaign planning, and coalition building to advocate for workers' rights.

The Organizer assists in union operations by answering calls, supporting members, providing resources, and engaging in civic activities.

The Strategic Campaign Manager leads high-impact organizing campaigns, develops staff teams, manages campaign strategy and budgets, and drives membership growth and political engagement.
