Manages workplace safety programs, workers’ compensation and general liability claims, OSHA reporting, SDS documentation, fleet monitoring, IIPP maintenance, and safety training. Conducts facility inspections, identifies hazards, advises leaders and employees on compliance, tracks training records, manages safety alerts, and recommends risk-prevention improvements. The role also maintains safety documentation and supports onboarding with safety equipment and training.

Conduct residential home surveys, assess electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs, take measurements, present improvement and replacement options, close sales, manage customer documentation and payments, and coordinate with production teams. The role requires working in attics, rooftops, crawlspaces, and basements while providing clear technical recommendations and maintaining accurate contracts and payment records.
