Supervise branch staff and member services for a deposit branch under $100M; manage deposit growth and lending functions; hire, train, coach, and schedule employees; ensure compliance, cash management, and branch performance; develop community and top-depositor relationships; support operations, facilities, ATM maintenance, and participate in professional development and meetings.

Manage day-to-day back-office payment and deposit operations, oversee staff and vendors, ensure compliance with payment and regulatory rules, implement process improvements and system enhancements, monitor performance and controls, support audits, and provide operational leadership to maintain service excellence and mitigate risk.
