Teams at Service 1st Federal Credit Union

Designs, develops, facilitates, and evaluates employee learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, blended, onboarding, compliance, and performance-support materials. Partners with subject matter experts and business leaders to assess needs, manage instructional design projects, administer the LMS, analyze training outcomes, and improve learning programs. Supports organizational change, branch training, learning paths, regulatory education, and the Training Specialist function. Requires travel across the market area and compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
