Provides L3 administration and escalation support for Linux hosting and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting critical server and network issues, configuring web servers and databases, automating provisioning with scripts and infrastructure tools, managing virtualization and cloud environments, implementing security controls, monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and mentoring support engineers in a 24/7 on-call environment.

Serves as the L3 escalation point for complex Linux, hosting, network, and production incidents. Administers, secures, optimizes, and builds Linux hosting environments, web servers, databases, caching layers, and virtualized or cloud platforms. Develops automation using scripting and infrastructure tools, manages monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response, and participates in 24/7 on-call support. Collaborates with NOC, DevOps, and Engineering teams while mentoring junior support engineers.

Manage and maintain enterprise networks across data center and cloud infrastructures, configure routing protocols, support VPN technologies, and handle network security and automation.
