Lead and scale Serval's engineering organization, define technical strategy and architecture, hire and develop teams, own delivery of the roadmap, enforce engineering best practices (quality, testing, reliability, security), establish metrics and processes for effectiveness, and drive platform performance, scalability, and maintainability while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and GTM teams.
