Own customer deployments from pilot through production, building AI agents, configuring integrations, advising AI adoption strategy, and leading migrations. Troubleshoot production code, APIs, database state, and infrastructure in customer-facing environments. Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to convert customer insights into product improvements and scalable go-to-market processes.

Own the strategy, operations, forecasting, pricing, unit economics, and P&L for a new AI software business line. Partner with executives, Sales, Deployment, Engineering, and Operations to build scalable playbooks, optimize customer value and margins, structure deals, establish operating cadences, and drive the business toward 8-figure first-year revenue.

Build and maintain internal automations and AI agents to resolve high-volume IT/service requests. Automate onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, ticket triage, and knowledge bases; measure impact. Lead identity and access infrastructure (SSO, RBAC, SAML/SCIM), govern SaaS and devices, support security/compliance, and continuously improve workflows across teams.
