Teams at Serval

Own Serval’s internal IT operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware and device management, identity and access systems, business applications, conference-room A/V, networking, troubleshooting, documentation, and support. Build scalable automation using scripts, APIs, workflows, and Serval’s platform. Partner with Security and Compliance on controls, manage workplace technology, and create reusable internal playbooks while supporting a rapidly growing, onsite San Francisco workforce.

Lead Serval’s application security program across secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, security architecture, and secure coding. Build and mentor product security teams, implement automated security tooling and CI/CD gates, manage vulnerability remediation and coordinated disclosure, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure on authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, data protection, secrets management, and agentic AI security challenges.

Own the full sales cycle for major enterprise accounts, from prospecting through expansion. Build relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders; coordinate complex buying committees; deliver AI automation demos and ROI cases; and develop account, pricing, and expansion strategies. Partner with founders, product, and engineering to influence the roadmap and support enterprise delivery. Represent the company at customer events and conferences with quarterly travel.
