Lead platform shared services product strategy and roadmap, delivering AI-native, API-first platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, observable infrastructure, enable AI-powered products, manage lifecycle from ideation to launch, and mentor product managers while tracking KPIs and driving commercial outcomes.

Design, build, and optimise scalable batch and streaming data pipelines; develop data models with dbt; manage Snowflake and BigQuery environments; ensure data governance, observability, security, and cross-team delivery; participate in a light on-call rota.

Maintain operational effectiveness of systems and networks by installing, supporting, and customising systems software and firmware. Provide Level 3 ICT support, manage licenses (Slack, Google Suite), monitor core infrastructure, automate onboarding/offboarding, lead projects and continuous improvement, and support cross-geographical teams while ensuring security and timely issue resolution.
