Mentors data engineers, drives engineering standards, advises on technical tradeoffs, and promotes consistent data practices across the organization.

Lead security initiatives across the organisation: advise cross-functional teams, perform business-focused risk assessments, integrate security into SDLC (DevSecOps), manage incident response and threat intelligence, run security operations and awareness programs, and support security strategy and compliance efforts.

Lead platform shared services product strategy and roadmap, delivering AI-native, API-first platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, observable infrastructure, enable AI-powered products, manage lifecycle from ideation to launch, and mentor product managers while tracking KPIs and driving commercial outcomes.
