Set up and supply materials for offset printing presses, load paper and ink, adjust feeder equipment, monitor print quality and press performance, perform routine maintenance and cleanup, change blankets, obtain production supplies, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The role requires extended standing, frequent material handling, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The Press Assistant/Feeder Person prepares offset presses for production, monitors print quality, performs routine clean-ups, and assists press operators to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results.

Perform hands-on finishing and inspection tasks—printing, laminating, die-cutting, counting, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and light assembly. Document production data, follow customer specs and safety/PPE policies, support 5S and continuous improvement, handle materials and chemicals properly, and help resolve quality issues before shipment.
