Manages up to two administrative staff, oversees Austin office services and facilities, coordinates vendors and visitors, supports firm-wide projects, and evaluates AI and office technology improvements.

The Associate Director, Business Development will research investment opportunities, build relationships with company executives, and enhance the firm's market reach while providing execution support for business development.
