Owns and improves systems infrastructure for a multi-site healthcare organization. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, security, networking, SaaS, and cloud environments; automating workflows with scripting and APIs; providing escalated Windows and Mac support; managing security, reliability, backups, vendors, and documentation; supporting clinic buildouts; and partnering with business teams to deliver secure, reliable technology solutions.

Lead and develop a medical billing team while managing claims submission, payment posting, denials, appeals, payer escalations, AR follow-up, and billing performance metrics. Use eClinicalWorks to improve clean claim rates, reduce denials and rework, accelerate reimbursement, and lower accounts receivable across commercial and managed care plans.

Coordinate corporate travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, itineraries, travel-policy compliance, expense reconciliation, vendor negotiations, traveler support, and international travel documentation. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, PTO approvals, engagement initiatives, events, meetings, and communication between employees and management. Analyze travel data for cost savings and provide organized, responsive administrative support onsite.
