Provides front-desk hospitality and daily member support at a coworking location. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling requests, opening and closing the facility, maintaining reception and common areas, supporting meetings and events, updating member billing information, assisting with local marketing, and fostering member relationships. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least one year of hospitality experience.

Coordinates coworking-lab operations, member onboarding, reception coverage, billing, inventory, facility readiness, meeting and event delivery, community programming, and basic IT troubleshooting. The role also supports marketing initiatives, artist partnerships, member communications, and tours while coaching Experience Coordinators and ensuring consistently high-quality service for members and guests.

Coordinates coworking lab operations, member and guest experiences, events, artist partnerships, onboarding, billing, supplies, and facility readiness. Provides reception coverage, resolves member issues, troubleshoots basic IT and operational systems, coordinates meeting and event services, and trains and coaches Experience Coordinators while supporting community engagement and brand promotion.
