As an Experience Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage lab operations, assist with events, and foster community engagement.

Manage daily coworking lab operations, member experience, events, and community partnerships. Oversee billing/invoicing, onboarding, inventory, basic IT troubleshooting, and coach Experience Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Provide front-desk hospitality and member support at a coworking location: welcome visitors, handle phones, maintain spaces, support events and catering, update member billing records, assist local marketing, and serve as brand ambassador while upholding facility standards.
