Manage daily coworking lab operations, member experience, events, and community partnerships. Oversee billing/invoicing, onboarding, inventory, basic IT troubleshooting, and coach Experience Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Provide front-desk hospitality and member support at a coworking location: welcome visitors, handle phones, maintain spaces, support events and catering, update member billing records, assist local marketing, and serve as brand ambassador while upholding facility standards.

Manage day-to-day operations of a coworking lab: deliver upscale member experience, lead and coach Experience Coordinators, plan and execute member events and artist partnerships, handle billing/AR and consumables ordering, perform basic IT troubleshooting (AV, Wi‑Fi, printing), conduct tours and onboarding, and ensure the lab is clean, staffed, and systems are functioning.

Greet members and visitors, handle phone and in-person requests, maintain workspace appearance, support meeting and event setup/cleanup, manage member information and billing, assist local marketing and community engagement, perform light cleaning and physical tasks, and ensure brand-standard operations.
