Provide front-desk hospitality and member support at a coworking location: welcome visitors, handle phones, maintain spaces, support events and catering, update member billing records, assist local marketing, and serve as brand ambassador while upholding facility standards.

Manage daily coworking lab operations, member experience, events, and community partnerships. Oversee billing/invoicing, onboarding, inventory, basic IT troubleshooting, and coach Experience Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Provide warm, professional front-desk service to members and guests, manage daily operations, support meeting and event setup/clean-up, maintain facility appearance, update member billing information, assist local marketing and community engagement, and serve as backup across nearby locations.
