Serendipity Labs Benefits Overview

Manage day-to-day operations of a coworking lab: deliver upscale member experience, lead and coach Experience Coordinators, plan and execute member events and artist partnerships, handle billing/AR and consumables ordering, perform basic IT troubleshooting (AV, Wi‑Fi, printing), conduct tours and onboarding, and ensure the lab is clean, staffed, and systems are functioning.

Greet members and visitors, handle phone and in-person requests, maintain workspace appearance, support meeting and event setup/cleanup, manage member information and billing, assist local marketing and community engagement, perform light cleaning and physical tasks, and ensure brand-standard operations.

As an Experience Coordinator, you will manage daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and assist with events and community engagement.
