Provides first-line technical support for AI robotics deployments across Europe. Diagnoses hardware and software issues remotely using SSH, Docker, Python, and related tools; guides customers through troubleshooting; coordinates escalations with internal teams; participates in on-call support; documents incidents; improves knowledge bases, ticketing systems, dashboards, and debugging tools. Requires customer-facing communication, robotics familiarity, German and English fluency, and substantial travel.

Supports product strategy, roadmap maintenance, AI and robotics requirements, field data analysis, customer-site feedback, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution. The intern helps translate warehouse and fulfillment operations into scalable hardware, software, and AI product requirements while contributing to PRDs, technical briefs, product collateral, and commercial enablement.

Support B2B product marketing for AI robotics products used in logistics automation. Responsibilities include developing messaging and positioning, assisting with product launches and campaigns, creating sales enablement and content materials, researching competitors and market trends, and organizing customer and sales insights. The intern will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams while learning go-to-market strategy for technical products.
