Teams at SERA Architects Inc.

Leads architectural teams of 4–8 staff members, carrying design intent through documentation and project delivery. Provides code expertise, technical leadership, QA/QC, permitting support, client and jurisdiction coordination, mentoring, staffing forecasts, and project performance oversight. May support project scheduling and management, business development, hiring, and staff reviews. Requires an accredited architecture degree, architectural licensure, advanced software proficiency, and generally 8+ years of experience.
