The Scrum Master collaborates with Product Owners, stakeholders, and global teams while working US Central Time hours. Remote work is available, with Mexico preferred.

Designs and maintains automated AWS data pipelines using Python, Airflow, dbt, SQL, and cloud storage. Responsibilities include pipeline orchestration, error troubleshooting, data imports and exports, Snowflake query optimization, reusable code generation, testing, security, and GitHub-based CI/CD. The role also supports AWS services, API integrations, monitoring, data quality validation, and collaboration with global teams in English and Spanish.

Business Analyst responsible for stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process mapping, UAT, troubleshooting, frontline support, project coordination, and Scrum Master activities. The role requires presenting findings, managing agile ceremonies, analyzing data with advanced Excel and SQL, and using AI tools to resolve issues. Candidates should have financial services experience, strong communication skills, and at least five years of business analysis experience. The position is fully remote and requires advanced English and Spanish.
