Design segmentation-driven journeys, build automated onboarding/engagement/retention/win-back/referral flows, run A/B tests, use AI to scale copy and analysis, and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex genomic insights into clear consumer-facing messaging and measure lifecycle performance.

Provide responsive, high-quality customer support across email, phone, chat, and social platforms; troubleshoot orders and technical issues for e-commerce and digital subscriptions; escalate complex cases; maintain accurate records; contribute to support documentation; collaborate with engineering, product, and sales; identify trends to improve customer experience.

Lead evaluation and benchmarking of AI-driven genomic interpretation: own gene/disease/variant mapping logic, define accuracy and release criteria, establish regression standards, partner on automated validation, and guide where deterministic logic supplements models.
