Lead origination, evaluation and execution of acquisitions across Spain, Portugal and selected markets. Manage deal process end-to-end: outreach, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, SPA drafting, closing, and post-merger integration oversight. Coordinate external advisors and present recommendations to the Board.
