The Director of Project Management leads engineering and pilot deployment projects from planning through commissioning. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, vendors, documentation, quality, project controls, and stakeholder communications. The role reviews engineering deliverables, presents financial and schedule performance to leadership, supports multidisciplinary problem-solving, partners with the VP of Engineering, and mentors staff. It requires experience delivering custom-engineered process equipment and capital projects of at least $25 million.
