Manage a portfolio of global enterprise customers to onboard, drive adoption, and translate SEO goals into measurable outcomes. Lead onboarding, create success plans, run trainings and executive business reviews, monitor customer health, manage projects and renewals, and maintain CRM records to support retention and expansion.

Create and repurpose content from webinars, case studies, research, and executive insights into multi-channel assets. Use Generative AI to support ideation and scaling, optimize content for SEO and search visibility, manage content calendars, partner with subject matter experts, and measure performance to refine strategy and amplify thought leadership.
