Own strategic sourcing, technical and commercial screening, high-velocity pipeline management, offer generation, background checks, and onboarding. Partner with executive leadership to define hiring standards and act as cultural gatekeeper while building processes and operating with autonomy.

Support enterprise client onboarding and platform adoption through hands-on training, shadowing, client calls, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive retention and product familiarity.
