Sentral Benefits Overview

On-site role combining five-star guest/resident hospitality with group and corporate sales support. Oversee the full guest journey, prepare properties for group arrivals, run events, coordinate with Corporate Sales, Revenue Management, housekeeping, and use hospitality systems to manage bookings, RFPs, billing, and third-party listing audits.

Lead onsite Experience Team to deliver five-star guest service, plan and run resident and guest events, manage guest communications and reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, revenue management, and technology teams, and resolve onsite issues to ensure excellent stays.

Serve as Sentral's internal Yardi platform expert: triage and resolve Yardi support tickets, train users, manage user access and departments, configure new assets and marketing, build custom reports, and execute property decommissioning. Act as primary liaison with Yardi vendor support and collaborate with transitions, operations, and finance to ensure accurate platform operation across the portfolio.
