Develop and ship production firmware for turret systems: motor control, safety protocols, interlocks, and associated test frameworks. Implement drivers for motors, sensors, and peripherals and support field testing at ranges.

Design, build, and own the perception stack for detecting and tracking small FPV drones. Develop real-time video pipelines, optimize and deploy models on embedded GPUs (NVIDIA Jetson), and improve detection range on low-cost sensors for edge deployment.

Lead and run the in-house machine shop, managing fixturing, toolpaths, tooling, and shop organization; design and machine fixtures; set tool and work offsets; collaborate with engineering to optimize parts for manufacturability.
