Generate new childcare centre partnerships across the GTHA through prospecting, consultative presentations, networking, and closing. Own the sales process from outreach through onboarding, maintain pipeline and CRM records, report activity, share market insights, and build trusted relationships with childcare leaders. The part-time role is primarily remote, with occasional centre visits, local events, and collaboration with Client Care, Operations, Marketing, and HR.

Recruit candidates for childcare supply and contract roles across Ontario. Responsibilities include creating and tracking digital recruitment campaigns, interviewing candidates, collecting required documentation, monitoring e-orientation completion, updating job postings, networking in target areas, and evaluating recruitment strategy performance. The role is part-time for six months and requires multitasking, technology proficiency, childcare policy awareness, and a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Coordinate morning childcare staffing by matching supply educators to open shifts, maintaining availability and qualification records, communicating with staff, preparing new hire packages, administering rewards, and producing Excel reports. Monitor attendance and performance, address client feedback, and collaborate with the Client Care Coordinator to fulfill urgent and planned staffing needs.
