Leads enterprise architecture strategy for clinical and enterprise systems, assessing current environments, defining target-state architectures, standards, reference models, and transformation roadmaps. Evaluates dependencies, costs, risks, and investments; provides governance and leadership guidance on cloud adoption and emerging technologies. Collaborates with architecture and engineering teams, mentors staff, and supports healthcare applications across patient care, pharmacy, clinical support, and revenue cycle operations.

Configure, test, deploy, and support Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM and related HR functions. Translate business needs into scalable system designs, troubleshoot complex production issues, manage EIB data transactions, support integrations, releases, testing, and case management, and maintain documentation. Partner with HR, business, reporting, and technical stakeholders to improve processes, user experience, compliance, data quality, and system performance.
