10–15 week (Sept–Dec) internship supporting Emergency Department leaders to improve patient flow and patient experience. Responsibilities include data analysis, workflow observation, research, administrative support, report and presentation preparation, participating in meetings, and assisting project execution. Gain exposure to healthcare leadership and operations. Requires current student enrollment or SkillBridge eligibility.

Provide clerical and administrative support for a hospital unit: manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, serve as first point of contact, and collaborate with medical staff to support high-quality patient care.

Coordinate and govern clinical and revenue cycle IT initiatives: validate intake and requirements, align IT ownership and milestones, coordinate resources, identify risks and interdependencies, facilitate small projects, and liaise across application, integration, analytics, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
