The HR Technology Architect designs scalable, integrated HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle. The role translates HR business needs into techno-functional architectures, evaluates processes, guides Workday and integration decisions, and establishes technology standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR, IT, security, data, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions across HCM, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, time, absence, and performance. Healthcare technology experience is preferred.

Leads enterprise analytics, data governance, dashboard, modeling, and strategic reporting initiatives supporting executive leadership. Guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, coordinates cross-functional projects, and presents recommendations related to healthcare strategy, finance, operations, quality, and value-based care. The role requires strong business acumen, statistical analysis, healthcare analytics experience, and familiarity with data quality, ETL, databases, visualization, and healthcare information systems.

Processes cash transactions, deposits, adjustments, and accounts receivable activities; maintains accounting records; performs general ledger reconciliations; supports month-end and year-end close, journal entries, audits, financial reporting, and internal-control compliance. Collaborates with finance teams, internal departments, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and support accurate financial operations.
